The Acorn Cafe - Norwich

The set lunch menu at this restaurant is excellent, featuring fresh and tasty local ingredients such as delicious chicken thigh, green salad made with local produce, organic rice, and various other elements. The dessert, a brownie and sake cake, was also fantastic. We arrived at 11:30, ensuring we got a good table without having to wait. By the time we left at 12:30, there was already a queue forming. This restaurant is a must-stop on a stroll around Honmura, adding to our enjoyable Art House morning experience!

Been here a few times now, great selection of food, coffees and teas and really good price. Lots of vegetarian options too which I often struggle with in Norwich.

This cafe hits all the right notes. I've used it for business meetings, grabbed a quick lunch when in a rush, and enjoyed leisurely brownies and tea outside in the sun. The staff are always friendly and create a relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious and the award-winning menu shows the care put into it. The cafe also supports local artists and has outdoor seating to enjoy the surroundings. And for those who need to work, the high-speed wifi is a nice touch.

This cafe has a very relaxed feel the staff are friendly and the service is fast ideal if like my daughter you're on a lunch break the food is delicious not a huge selection basically snacks but well worth a visit I can highly recommend the Tuna /mayo jacket potatoes these are delicious and generous in size if the weather is suitable you can sit outside its in an ideal location very close to the city centre but quiet enough to get away from it all and relax for a while

Love this place I've been with family friends and this time on my lonesome but its that sort of place where you feel comfortable. The Caramelised onion and goats cheese toasted chiabatta was lovely freshly prepared and hot to the table for around £4, with a great selection of Candela teas as £2. I was even tempted by the raspberry brownie at £2.50 which was the real deal and tasty too. Clean and tidy, good service, nice restaurant, accessible clean loos great building. Plus a good lunch time choice of hot or cold ciabatta's inc Haveys organic sausage or ham, tuna ect. plus Jackets, reasonably priced salads along with super heigh scones and tasty home cooked cakes. I didn't have to wait long my only slight comment was the lettuce needs an extra spin, but you know its been lovingly washed great dressing too. Truly recommended.
