The restrooms are beautiful and clean, and the overall cleanliness of the place is commendable. Additionally, there's a lovely lady server who is both friendly and attentive. It's clear that they are busy but still manage to warmly welcome each customer. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The greeting we received was outstanding. The young lady who served us was friendly and well-presented. All the staff members greeted us when we arrived and bid us farewell when we left. The restaurant was clean, the food was served hot, and it arrived quickly. This is the best Pizza Hut in Long Water, Norwich!

I frequently stop by this restaurant on my way home from the city because I enjoy everything they serve. The salad bar is always well-stocked and fresh. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I make sure to call ahead to reserve a table since it’s quite popular. The place is always clean and tidy, plus there’s plenty of parking available out front. Ordering online can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s not a major issue.

Real good gluten-free pizza base. order them by phone app instead of waiting personal as part of the Covid restrictions. had been 5 stars, but the garlic bread the daughter was dry and had no recognizable garlic.
