I recently ordered food for delivery online from this restaurant. Unfortunately, my order arrived missing chips and drinks. I had ordered two cheeseburger meals and a chicken fillet meal. The burger meals were incomplete without the chips and drink. When I called to inform them, I was told that the online menu was incorrect and the burgers were priced higher with the chips and drink included. In that case, the burger meals should not have been listed on the menu without the sides. I have been a customer of this takeaway for years, but after this experience and hearing the manager shouting in the background on the phone, I will not be returning. The service was very lacking.

I was taking care of an elderly friend at his care home and he was in the mood for a burger and chips. Since I don't eat meat, I decided to go for the salad in pitta bread with garlic sauce. Let me tell you, it was amazing! I couldn't resist trying some of the onion rings, which were delicious, but the pitta and salad stole the show. The salad had a perfect combination of cucumber, tomato, lettuce, red cabbage, and plenty of onion. We enjoyed it so much that we're planning to have it again next week for his birthday celebration.
Please please please don't order from this restaurant any more !!!! I did not receive my food half hour later than my arrival time. Then I called the restaurant, they said that I didn't answer their phone call and I switched off my phone. Honestly I didn't! I am playing my phone the whole time and I did not receive any phone calls. I checked all my contact information in the order that all the details is correct. Then the person on the phone with horrible attitude, said that I can't get my food any more even though I already paid. So I paid money to get his horrible attitude and angry tone??? I am going to report this restaurant! They not only own me money, but also an apology!!!! All I said is 99.9999% true! I sincerely hope every customers that don't waste your money in this restaurant please.
