Kfc - Norwich

This is the best mini fillet bucket I have ever had. The customer service was also excellent. The team today was very professional.

The food was served cold, we were given drinks we didn't order, there was a hair in one of the chicken burgers, and it took 25 minutes to receive our order. Considering the price, we expected better quality.

I ordered a bucket meal at the mall and it was lukewarm. The portion of chips was only about 10. Avoid this place!

Ordered my food then started looking at the tables (not one without rubbish and packaging on it) the screens for ordering flickered and not visible and then waited 25 minutes for my meal, complained to customer services who gave me a voucher for £10, but on trying to use it in a different one was told it wouldn't work, Complained again to customer service and no reply, I don't normally bother with this sort of stuff but if this is normal I wonder how they are still in business.

All tables dirty at time of visit, food was cold asked for a replacement chicken burger we got but they forgot the fries ,we cod not eat the food ,the worst kentucky we have ever visited, all staff very young , which us fine but they seemed disinterested as though none wanted to be there,left our food the filthy tables around d were too off putting, floor very dirty requires sweep wash.
