Giraffe - Norwich

We booked a table....the restaurant closed down! ...but I still recieved a reminder about my booking...and now asked to review restaurant??!! Say what!!???

When we arrived at the restaurant it was closed . We had booked this restaurant as my husband was running the Norwich 10k and we knew it would be very busy on that day. We had no notification that it was closed from yourselves. Very disappointed.

Giraffe Norwich closed down but yet you still took our booking, causing major inconvenience for our party. Also, you are still sending us notifications.

Perhaps, you could of told me that tables were no longer being booked at this restaurant and only half a menu hence why we walked out and went else where. Absolutely disgusting
