Fatso's - Norwich

Fast service with a smile, food (burger with pulled pork, coleslaw and jacket potato) arrived quickly and was pleasant. However the jacket potato was small and the coleslaw (in my opinion) was not homemade.

To be fair, there were some positives to our visit including friendly staff, a clean environment, and quick service. However, my chicken quesadilla was extremely bland and lacked any flavor. The melted cheese and plain chicken did not have any taste at all. The chips were decent and the salad was fresh, but overall, the meal was a disappointment and not worth the time or money. It is evident that no effort was put into the taste of the food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I made a reservation for dinner with friends at this restaurant last night. Unfortunately, our evening was completely ruined by loud tables of young couples who were screaming and shouting. The atmosphere was terrible, with some people even acting as if they were walking on tables. Their behavior towards the waitstaff was disrespectful, and the manager was nowhere to be found. It seems like they know that no matter how poorly they behave, it will be tolerated because other customers are too afraid to complain.

I dined at this restaurant with my family tonight and I was incredibly disappointed and disgusted by my experience. The enchiladas filled with spicy chicken that I ordered were absolutely terrible. The food was so repulsive that I couldn't even eat it. I usually don't complain about food, but this was beyond awful. The wraps were soggy, and the chicken tasted like rubber. I can't believe they think it's acceptable to serve this kind of food and charge over £10 for it. If I wanted food like this, I would have just bought a ready meal from the supermarket. I will never be returning to this restaurant and will make sure to inform others about how terrible it is.

Booked table and was asked to do a preorder meal due to 10 people . On the day I checked with the staff about one meal and when the meals came out and the one I queried it was still wrong and so one person had to wait for theirs while the others carried on eating Chicken was left as did not taste fresh and one ordered a club chicken sandwich and the bread was dry . I have emailed and no reply .
