Domino's Pizza - Norwich

Was sworn at by the manager, Andy, after he refused a refund for being given the wrong order. Our pizza was completely wrong and disgusting, when I called last night to complain the staffs were rude, hung up on after I politely asked for a return, and when I called back they said they were closed and would not offer us a refund or replacement. The manager made false claims as to why they would not give us a refund, which is against policy AND the law. Truly disgusting. After reading the other reviews I do not have faith in this store again. Will be complaining further for the way I was spoken to by the manager.

I only received one pizza when I ordered two, and I had to wait a week to be refunded. The customer service was terrible and I will not be using this restaurant again. When I had people over, we ended up having to share one pizza among everyone. They showed no concern for the missing pizza or the delayed refund.

AVOID! Every time we have ordered from here, there have always been missing items. When you call the store your told your have to wait another 50 minutes for them to deliver missing items. Requested a refund instead but never received it.

I did not receive my pizza and the person on the phone was rude, so I hung up. Another person called me back and said they would refund me, but it has been almost a week and I still have not received it. In my opinion, they are thieves. *edit* I finally received a refund today, but it took too long, so my review remains at 1 star. I have deleted the Domino's app and will not be using them again.

I placed an order online and according to the tracking system, our food was delivered. After waiting 20 minutes, I called the restaurant. It took four attempts before my call was finally answered by a staff member who informed me that there were two deliveries ahead of ours. I expressed my concern about receiving our food hot, but instead, I was given a series of excuses in a rude manner. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and hard. I called to request a refund but received no apology. This will be the last time I order from this restaurant.
