Domino's Pizza - Norwich

Order from here quite regularly, and very rarely have a complain. the service is usually fast on the collection and the same applies to fast delivery. the pizza is always hot and looks good, but occasionally forget to change/add the desired swamps.

I have been ordering from this particular Domino's for over two years, and it has saved me countless times when I don’t have the time to cook or crave takeout! I've never had a single issue with this Domino's; everything always arrives hot, never lukewarm or cold, and the drinks are nicely chilled! The food tastes great and is of excellent quality! I always place my orders through the app, and I’ve never had a problem with late or missing orders, so I’ve never had to complain. My orders typically arrive within 30 to 45 minutes, sometimes even quicker! The delivery drivers are always respectful of social distancing, and I appreciate their service every time. I will continue to order from this location in the foreseeable future and will happily recommend this local Domino's to my friends who are looking for a good place to order from!

I called the manager, Damien, the other night after I accidentally placed a collection order instead of a delivery. I received fantastic service as they promptly helped me modify my order and arrange for delivery instead. I truly appreciated the way the situation was handled by such a dedicated hospitality professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for their outstanding customer service.
