Costa Coffee - Norwich

I liked it, it was pretty and the staff was nice. I'd go back.

An ideally suitable coffee shop within the costa franchise, but very busy designs when they sit somewhere near the door in winter and always out of the door ques, although they have 2 working coffee machines. something that really got my attention and I have not seen done at other costa stores, but at this, especially today, that what could contribute to the long queens from the door. when the people have ordered food, they have to wait on the counter until it is cooked again and no one else is served in the queen at the time until the person has received hot food there. it can or may not be clear from the 4 pictures that I added, but tabs are not deleted as the people leave the 4 employees 2 employees per, until they stay behind the counter! this load shares its parking with pc world carpet right ikea maplins, jolleys and m

We had coffee at your SweetBriar branch today 10/11/21. It was busy as 2 other cafes on the park (M&S and Ikea) have closed. We were really impressed by the way your staff were working. Tables were being regularly cleared and cleaned and counter staff were very efficient in keeping the queue and waiting time to a minimum and as a result everyone seemed happy and contented and enjoying the ambiance. Absolutely loving the toblerone Christmas hot chocolate and cranberry and Brie toastie. I’m gutted I checked my app and realised my birthday cake slice and free drink ran out on my app during November, but nice chilled place to sit and go through my private emails.
