Britannia Kebab And Fish - Norwich

I am not sure why some people have left negative reviews, but I have eaten at this restaurant many times and the kebabs I have had were excellent. The portions are generous and the ingredients are displayed on the counter and look fresh and appealing. The staff, who appear to be young, are friendly and take pride in providing good service in a clean environment. I believe it is worth giving this place a try, as some of the reviews I have read are quite intriguing.

I don't understand how these young people can justify the prices they charge for the subpar quality of food. I will not be returning to this restaurant as the cleanliness of the shop is also an issue.

I have to say, this place is terrible. I ordered some wedges from here and they were reheated about 3 times. I will not be ordering from there again. The prices are too high and the service is not worth the money. I wouldn't eat here even if they paid me. Yuk.

Ordered 3 chicken kebabs the whole huh was raw chili paprika so old they dark green and hard 22 quid in the bin dont order from here

The customer service from the take away was dreadful. Our food arrived 1 and half hours late and when we called up the restaurant to see where it was, it was an argument with the lady on the phone. Finally the boss, I assumed, took...the phone from her and offered us a free garlic bread if we call up again. I understand it’s a busy time with lockdown and things do go behind schedule but it seemed an excuse after excuse and when the driver finally arrived there wasn’t a sorry when I asked him where he’d been, instead it just another excuse and said he had lot of deliveries. Won’t be going there again in a hurry.
