Bourgee Norwich Steak Lobster Luxe Lounge

Over priced for what it is. No lobster avialable (despite being a lobster and steak restaurant) and the steaks were fine. Have had better elsewhere.

Went on Saturday night and were told a few items were off the starter list, then told there was NO lobster. (it's a steak and lobster restaurant, main reason we came was to have a lobster. No one called in advance, or even told us when we came in. It was just casually mentioned when they asked if we were ready to order. There was no bar staff on upstairs or a DJ (which there used to be. So felt flat for a sat night. Was also sat under a freezing cold aircon unit which wouldn't be switched off. Used to love this place. Feels like it's got new management who don't care?

This is our second visit here. This time it was for my husband's birthday. The food was brilliant, Lobster was off the menu, but for us that was fine we all ordered steaks different types and the steaks were lovely, cooked as requested and extremely tasty. I had toasted sesame vegetables, which I did enjoy but they were a bit too hot for me.. all the food was hot and well presented. No draught beer which was disappointing but ample bottle selection. I did feel that the serving staff weren't sure what they should have been doing and when But they were polite and eager to please perhaps a little more training required so that they didn't fall over each other's feet Without doubt we will go back there again and soon.....

Food was average for a steak, asked for medium well, some over cooked some blood, took us 20 minutes to get ours drinks, ordered another drink which we never got personally wouldn’t come back. Music wasn’t suited for the atmosphere

Booked this restaurant for valentines expecting a great dining experience to share with my partner. Table wasn't set, water was never brought over to the table, getting any attention to order food took far too long. Poor selection of starters. Food itself tasted good once it eventually arrived. Ordered half lobster to come with my steak but it was never cooked and when questioned no one knew what happened to it. Staff weren't aware of which cut of steak they were serving and how well it was cooked. Overall just generally disappointed with what I was hoping to be a nice meal
