So the girl that prepared the food, I showed her the photos on my phone and she said to my surprise: there is nothing I can do that 's how we sell it. I did not appreciate this answer, and I spoke to the cook and he had the right attitude that suggests that the girl was in error of her attitude, and he's sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People should not be fired, they should be withdrawn; but more importantly, the people who need to be hired, the right attitude and food service is not to have a simple work with people. But you need to be polite and hear the complaint when it is one with the right attitude
Not even, but three times it took me to write that. The manager Ashley is very rude and lazy. I don't understand how it's a problem for her cooking dumplings. With the same line. We only have 5 links. She has to do her job. I was told by another employee(sweetheart) to order it online because they cannot turn this order off. So my order was for picking up and I have nothing to wait for. But I sat there and she had the nerve to ask if in waiting for an order. I said yes.for. Take off. She said I'm sorry we don't have orders to pick up. So I wanted to show her the confirmation order on my phone so we could find out if it was wrong. But she didn't bother to see it. Another employee had to let me know that my order was almost done. Well. I don't know what her problem is. She must leave her personal problems at home and do her job
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the manager was quite rude. The food portions were small, which was frustrating. The place also appeared dirty, and it seemed like nobody bothered to clean the front doors. I left feeling concerned about my health after visiting.
I do not recommend this restaurant. I only ate here because I was staying at a nearby hotel and lacked other options. The food was absolutely terrible. The rice was stale—hard and dry, likely poorly reheated or left out for hours. As for the kimchi, I truly don't know what to say; it was nothing like actual kimchi. Even if we consider it an abstract interpretation, it wouldn't qualify. It consisted of edamame and cucumbers in sweet chili sauce. The side salad I received was at least a day old; the cucumbers were slimy, and the bottom of the bowl had rotten salad. This place doesn't even deserve the one star I reluctantly gave it. It was a complete waste of money.
I usually dine at this restaurant whenever I'm in the area and have never had any major complaints—until recently. I ordered a beef plate with avocado and white rice, but instead received brown rice, no avocado, a not-so-fresh orange, and a salad without any dressing. When I called to address the issue, they offered to credit me for a bowl on my next visit, which I thought was reasonable. However, when I returned, they told me they couldn't give me a bowl, but could offer some avocado instead. That left me confused; why would I drive back just for avocado? The cook seemed indifferent as I explained the situation, and I prefer not to confront staff who handle my food, as it makes me feel uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I think I might need to find a new Waba Grill from now on.
