Pizza Hut - Norwalk

Staff was friendly, but the pizzas were so delicious perfectly done, I've always ordered extra pepperoni In the pizza hut by my house in SD and they never add it, here they did. I wished all the pizza hut would serve the quality pizza this location did.

I always highly recommend Pizza Hut due to the consistent high quality I have received over the years. I tend to prefer pizza hut over other competitors. In this instance, I redeemed some points I have earned to get a free pizza. That pizza was lousy. Because of all of the great service over the years, I chalk it up to maybe is was just a bad day. It also made me wonder if redeeming the free pizza has some kind of negative affect on the establishment financially, causing a less enthusiastic attitude while making this pizza but this could be a complete coincidence. I will definitely give it another shot soon and hopefully things will be normal. Thank you!

I had to change a little thing to my order but the manager said I had to cancel my order an do it again.. all I wanted was to change a pamisain cheese I bought for a $1,29 to a upgrading my bread sticks to cheese sticks for a$1.. pretty much and easy fix but no.. I had to cancel order n redo it all again .. makes no sense what so ever.. waste of time
