Kfc - Norwalk

Been at this site 3 different times. Two out of the 3 food was ok service a bit slow. Today is was the killer. After 20 mins of waiting and the drive thru guy looking at me. I asked for a refund. I get being busy but don't have folks park and wait when you have no intent on getting them the food they ordered and payed for. I will not be trying this spot again. But that's my view...

I enjoy the chicken ? pot pie. Nice crust and plenty of flavor. Takes a while before it's ready. By itself $6.20 you certainly don't need to order this as a meal.Maybe it's just me but I don't think of the staff, as friendly.Parking lot is pretty good.

Ordered two boobs and three upper legs together with several sides for the recording. When I came home, we got three lights and they forgot the two boobs. that's not rocket science. will not come back soon!

I think they should give priority to the people who order inside the restaurant too, because I ordered a combo it took 33 minutes to give me the combo too long they are supposed to be a fast food restaurant, better train your cashiers they leave something to be desired lousy service
