Chick-fil-a - Norwalk

We really enjoy Chick-fil-A fast food. This location seemed new, as the staff appeared to be in training. I requested ketchup but had to return for ketchup and sauce, as well as salt and pepper. The condiment bins were completely empty, which led to a line forming at the counter for missing items. However, all the employees were polite and helpful. The food was great.

Excellent service! The wait is typically long, as is common at most Chick-fil-A restaurants, but it moves quite quickly. There's also the option to order online and park, and they will bring the food to your car.

I really enjoy this Chick-fil-A. In my opinion, the food is always fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially considering the fast-paced nature of their work environment. I also want to give a shout-out to team member Greg—he's consistently helpful whenever I visit (I also doordash from here), and he always greets me with a smile, making sure I'm in and out quickly. I love this place!

Whoever was working on sept 29,2021 around 8:30 pm. This deluxe chicken sandwich was immaculate. Shout out to the chefs with the perfectly buttered shiny buns the crunchy chicken melted cheese healthy lettuce and crispy bacon. Best chic fil a sandwich i ever had

My boyfriend and I haven’t been out much to eat lately. Mostly Uber eats etc. We went to the Norwalk location and our server Greg was amazing! Great customer service great cleanliness and everything was yummy! Felt very comfortable and safe here!Thanks Greg for a wonderful experience! We will def be back for some good chicken!
