Chick-fil-a - Norwalk

We really enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A. It seemed like the restaurant was fairly new, as the employees appeared to be in training. I had to go back to get ketchup, sauce, salt, and pepper as the condiment bins were completely empty. This caused a bit of a line at the counter. Despite this, all of the workers were polite and helpful, and the food was delicious.

I have never felt so unwelcome. The signs and cones in the parking lot do not indicate that dining is allowed there. Additionally, the signs inside that suggest a certain flow for ordering, collecting, and exiting are misleading. Customers disregard the directions and enter the dining room with their takeout orders, only to find a third of the room closed off. Surprisingly, there are no napkins available in the dining room, requiring customers to return to the counter before leaving. I am disappointed and may not return to Chick-fil-A for a long time. It was as if they were pushing customers to eat elsewhere. Hopefully, my next visit will be a more welcoming experience.

My friend and I haven't been eating much lately, so when we decided to go out for a meal, we chose the Norwalk location. Our server, Greg, was amazing! He provided great customer service, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious. We felt very comfortable and safe dining here. Thank you, Greg, for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back for more delicious meals in the future.

I really like this chick felt a. according to my opinion, eating is always fresh and the staff is very friendly, especially that they do not stop being quick at work in one. oh yes and team member greg is so helpful every time I come (I also have turf food) and he always friends, helpful and ensures that I am right in front of the door. I love it.

I'm a fan of chick-fil-a. Been to many throughout the country. I would say this was probably the worse experience I've had. The location is terrible. Parking is a pain. They don't have curb side pick up and still haven't opened their restaurant inside when other have a long time ago. They gave me a soda instead of a milkshake. They didn't give me all my selected sauces. I don't want to hear ingredients shortages. Other locations have had these sauces all through the pandemic. I have to say outside food wise was on point outside of the mix up on the drink.
