Despite me addressing the issue respectfully and asking her to remove the dish from the bill because we were not satisfied, she showed no concern at all and frankly told us she didn’t care. Her inability to treat customers with decency was shocking, especially since I have experience in customer service myself. I will never go back there—poor food and the absolute worst service in Connecticut!
I visited this restaurant today and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The rice was undercooked, which was a letdown. The woman who took our order didn't mention that adding noodles to our hibachi meal would cost an extra $7; it felt like we were pushed into adding them. There were three adults and two babies in our party, and she informed us that an 18% gratuity would be added because we were a party of five. I wasn’t aware that restaurants charge for babies as well. In the end, we had three hibachi dinners and our bill came to $180.

Ordered take out at lunch. It said ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived and and to wait an additional 30 minutes. Not one patron inside. I ordered two items. Both were wrong. Can't be late and give out food that wasn't ordered. Will never go back.
Their new sushi chef is amazing! Also, the bartender made good recommendations on drinks and was very social. Highly recommend!
