Aromas Peruvian Cuisine - Norwalk

I strongly recommend going to Mochica instead; their food is much better. I called to order arroz chaufa without vegetables. Either the chef doesn't realize that egg is not a vegetable, or there's another misunderstanding. I live 30 minutes away, and with traffic taking an hour, I was frustrated when I picked up my order only to find there was no egg in it. This is the second time this has happened with the same order. When I called to address the issue, the staff member began making excuses, claiming there was probably a little egg I just couldn't see or that they only added a small amount. The last time I ordered, I was told egg is pricey. The woman didn’t want to apologize and suggested I ask for extra egg next time, but she didn’t offer any partial refund. It was a terrible experience overall. I had considered hosting my mom's baby shower here, but after this, I definitely won’t be returning. Honestly, if I wanted chicken and rice, I could have easily made it at home.

One of the best Peruvian ?? spots in the area. Lunch specials are very reasonably priced and comes with entree, house made drink, soup.

Came for lunch with my wife, she had the daily special half way finished and found a human hair in the food. She could not eat any more, when informed the waitress, she took the plate away (no apologies) and then when she brought the check, she said to me that customers often get hair in their food. I explained that the hair was not from my wife as the hair was black the waitress argued that the hair was blonde not from any kitchen staff.Terrible service. Not even an apology.Now they have lost a customer also some others as I am telling every family member about what happened. They will not visit again either.
