Small but serves up good traditional Mexican food,I had the machaca,but I usually get the chili Verde,no matter what you get you won't be let down,it can get crowded but its worth the wait,another David favorite

Great food , makes you feel like family, a bit small so if you bring a big party you might have to wait to be seated.

What more can I say that hasn’t already been said? My family and I have been coming here for years. We visited family from North Carolina, and this place is always a must-visit. The service and food are consistently outstanding, and the owners are just as lovely as I remember from when I was a child. Thank you for the wonderful food and cherished memories!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and the place is a clean, cozy family-owned establishment. On my first visit, I tried the chilaquiles with green chili, and they were the best I’ve ever had—no contest! I definitely plan to return before the weekend is over. This has quickly become my new favorite spot for Mexican food in the Norwalk/Artesia/Cerritos area. Just a heads up, they only accept cash, and their hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM.

My family's favorite Mexican restaurant! We’ve been visiting for at least 20 years. The service and food quality have always been outstanding. They’re very accommodating when it comes to customizing dishes (though it does cost a bit extra). The food consistently arrives quickly and hot! I absolutely love it. The chilaquiles are the best! I recommend topping them with costillas con chile verde, machaca, or carne asada. Their beans and rice are fantastic, the green chili burrito is incredible, and the cocido is delicious! The menudo is also excellent!
