Mr. Quick - Norton Shores

I attempted to have breakfast at 12:30 a.m., but I was informed that breakfast was not served at that time, even though it was supposed to be available until 1 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. I was not pleased with this experience!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered a hot dog combo with cheese curds, which seemed like a straightforward request. However, when it arrived, the hot dogs were overcooked and burned. I tried to let the staff know, and they made me two more, but they were still burned. It’s puzzling how a restaurant can consistently mess up hot dogs, but this one does it flawlessly. Additionally, the quality of the fries made chewing on a rock seem more appetizing.

Delicious burgers! They are slightly more expensive than those from national chain brands, but the quality makes it worth every penny. My family members who live in the city always enjoy stopping here whenever they have the chance. It's situated in a particular area we refer to as the heart of Slovenia. We don't mind waiting because each item is made to order; you won't find any lukewarm, precooked burgers here! I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger deluxe—it’s fantastic. I absolutely love the sauce they use. They also serve it with onion rings (or seasonal berries with a tangy sauce) and a rich butter and banana shake. You’ll thank me later!

I love mr. quick, but this place always has problems. from the last five times we went, something was wrong with the order four of the visits. the personal was nice, but noisy, and it is obvious that the management is not there. all three tables were dirty, and it looked like the floors weren't chopped in weeks. there was a very rude customer who shouted the workers because his order was wrong, and he gave the food back. after he left, the workers ate the returned eating at the front counter.

Amazing food, awesome prices and worth a little wait.. getting better at the speed also.. 10/10
