The service was professional and attentive. The food was fantastic; the fish and chips are truly the best I've tried! The baked pickles were delicious, and the Boom Boom sauce had just the right amount of kick! The fries were outstanding too—similar to steak fries but even better. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to return!

Compared to the original in Taunton, this very much is the same restaurant, although the atmosphere feels less like a bar/pub. Lighting is better. There are some beautiful outdoor seating areas. The food is good as in Taunton. The staff is friendly. Your buffalo sauce is perfect nearby. Very recommended for pub foods, but also their other dishes such as stir fry or pasta.

Home Plate is a fantastic local restaurant known for serving high-quality food and generous portions. One of my personal favorites is their chicken parmesan, and they offer an impressive variety of pizzas, subs, and wraps that are sure to satisfy your appetite. During the summer, their lobster roll is unbeatable, packed with fresh lobster meat. Their pizza could compete with any pizzeria, and the restaurant is clean and uniquely decorated, featuring a replica of the iconic Green Monster from Fenway Park. Home Plate is also very engaged in the community, hosting numerous events and fundraisers throughout the year for local sports teams and non-profit organizations. It's clear that they genuinely care about their community. I highly recommend giving this place a try—you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I always look forward to visiting this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely thrilled to see you when you arrive. The food is excellent as well!
