Subway - Northwood

The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly.

Place needs a thorough cleaning and mopping the floor. Simply picking up garbage on floor and wiping off tables would be a good start also. No onions available, no meatballs available, no Sprite available and no effort from staff when not busy to pickup. Tray for food drops on floor, gets put back on counter for use after dropped on floor. No washing hands by one staff person. Food was good but place looks like a pigsty. Doors/windows with tons of handprints/ smudges. difficult to find table that did not have crumbs, dried spilled something or leftover wrappers from previous customer.

Bad service and sticky floors and dirty. Food was good though although they did not have sprite or onion.

Absolutely the best experience. People were so polite and acomidating. I had a very enjoyable experience. Thumbs up!

A guy named Dante with curls seemed not very happy when I walked in but had great service. But the wrapping needs work.
