Bob Evans - Northwood

Wait half an hour, but many empty tables inside. our waitress was great, and eating was as expected from bob’s. ok visit, nothing spectacular, but not bad.

Did Friday free delivery family meal with add on. Country fried steak was good but no gravy was included- contrary to site description. Big disappointment. Rest was good as has been our experience. Delivery on time and nicely done Would have been 5 star if gravy not overlooked

There are two associate employees that I love. Max and Caleb. Both have worked here a while and both have an outstanding job of taken care of us. This is why we always return to this location. They both go over and above. To the store/general manager of this location. Consider yourself lucky to have them on your staff. And give them the highest evaluation grade possible, with the biggest raise possible.

Today my mother goes into bob Evan's to eat since I was doing work for her at her house she got me some food I had her order me the rise and shine burger it was missing bacon hash browns were greasy the buns were completely soggy I have got this to go before not like this the egg was burned over cooked. The meat was ok . Now I asked her to make sure it came with the spicey maple honey she asked waitress to check this it was not there so the waitress poor woman asked the cook he told her it didnt come with it I guess after a loud arguement and her showing the cook he finally gave it to her it was not spicey maple honey it was basically honey and maple syrup mixed I know it was was not right again I have had this before. It was ordered with hash browns got french fries that were cold and under cooked. This is absolutely ridiculous service gave my 85 year old mother chest pains having to listen to the cook and waitress argue about something on the menu that is clearly listed there. She was at a table and could hear the cook yelling at the waitress. This is unacceptable In every way possible. She eats there weekly buy after this experience she does not want to go back and on top of this the other waitress being older was completely disrespected and treated badly by the cook is this how we treat an older generation. Again unacceptable.

I love this place. It is the only good breakfast restaurant In the Oregon and Northwood area of Ohio. Steer clear of the Navarre ave. location. That place could turn you off of Bob Evans for good.
