The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was excellent, but they no longer allow customization for different cheeses. I appreciated that when I substituted kettle chips for fries, they were packaged separately to avoid sogginess. However, the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad was a letdown. It wasn't actually chopped and was lacking in ingredients like black beans and corn. I've had this salad many times before, and this one was the worst. The Strawberry Cheesecake was okay when delivered, but the strawberry topping was watery and made the crust soggy. The cheesecake itself was good.

At the restaurant, the fish and chips dinner came with fries and coleslaw. But when I ordered it on DoorDash, I had to pay extra for the fries, which were almost $5, and the overall price of the meal was inflated. This experience has made me not want to return to the restaurant. It was very disappointing and shameful.

Chicken fingers were good but not worth 17$ for 5 dinky things

All the food was good, BUT the Cincinnati Chili is absolutely NOT Cincinnati chili. It 's regular chili on spaghetti. Please rename this entree.

Paying nearly $20 for a quesadilla is unreasonable considering the portion size. Although it was tasty, the price is too high for what you get.
