The fried potatoes/hash browns were perfectly carmelized with the most beautiful flavors sent into them, that only happens if the cook is not afraid to use heat! You have to burn something to cook it right. I can't wait to get back to Shelby's 4 Corner Diner. What a little jewel we discovered there near the bridge in Edinberg.
Today sat there.... The staff was friendly... Food was great and the Strawberry Rhabarb Pie was delicious...... Would definitely recommend to stop friends and family there....
The pancakes are delicious, the bacon is cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere is enjoyable with friendly staff. I always have a great experience dining there.
The food is excellent as always! Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly.
One of my favorite places to dine. Have never ever gotten a bad meal there. The cook and waitresses and awesome. Last but not least they have the best Prime Rib in the North Country.
