The Riverside Cafe - Northumberland

We booked a afternoon tea on the basis of previous reviews and we were not disappointed. the selection and quality of food was fabulous and the amount for two people was enormous. we needed 2 boxes to remove our Doggy bag if I could suggest. a thing to improve a great experience, it would be to warm up the rolls and the quiche before serving.

I am in the regular a bit skeptical for the top rated eatery on ta, but that deserves definitiw its position (although I did not try all the others have nice caffe, super friendly staff and thus a great atmosphere. then the food was very delicious, plentiful and very...good worth it. we were too full to have after the main cake, but they looked great. would definitely go back and would like to try their cooked breakfast.

Had a nice lunch then seduced so much from the row of cake made to house that we had to take 3 home. great value for money with real friendly staff. many thanks for a great experience.

Welcome, immaculate clean, amazing dine and cake and very cheap prices. a few excellent breakfast and an too many house cake made. we're coming back!

Lovely cafe discovered while travelling. Owner and staff very helpful and friendly. Big portions, excellent food and service. 2 adult s and child had lunch for under £20x Well worth a visit highly recommend.
