Very well run. the earl grey and tea cakes were excellent and not expensive. The dining room is quite quaint and very traditional. Not a bad thing these days

Wanted a light lunch on a beautiful hot day. Saw the outside tables from the street and grabbed one! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was presented well and was tasty. Also good value. We will definitely return when next in the area.

We had been on the boat trip to Coquet Island and to be honest didn't find Amble particularly appealing. However we had lunch in this delightful café and was far from disappointed. The place is spotless and the food very hot why are these two things not the norm elsewhere? We intend to return when next in the area.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast for two nights. The room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. The full English breakfast served was one of the best I have ever had. The owners were very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
