I stopped by for a quick meal while passing by, and I had a really enjoyable experience. The food was served quickly and was delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I definitely plan on returning, this pub is fantastic!

I don't know what to say about the block and tackle pub – they seem to be doing everything right, from giving away prizes to hosting great kids events. I love this place.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it was a complete disappointment. The establishment was very cold and I ordered a spicy burger while my partner got a steak, which was missing the garden peas so he had to settle for a salad instead. When the food arrived, my partner's steak was served on a chipped, cold plate and was missing the mushrooms as stated. Furthermore, the peppercorn sauce we paid extra for barely filled the jug. My burger did not look like how it was described (definitely not "ultimate") and when I asked where the dipping sauce was, the server looked confused before eventually bringing it out. The chips were not appetizing, and the burger was hard from the bun to the burgers. It seemed as though the buns had not been toasted as there were no grill marks, making it seem like it had been microwaved. The lack of lettuce made the meal even more disappointing. I tried to eat it, but I couldn't. I complained to the staff and received a refund for my meal, however, there was no explanation provided as to what went wrong or if this was normal. I also mentioned the missing items from my partner's meal, but nothing was done to rectify it. Overall, we left the restaurant hungry and extremely disappointed.

We had our son's christening here on Sunday afternoon. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Beth, Dave and the team made sure everything ran smoothly. The buffet was delicious! Everybody commented on how good it was and said they would recommend it to their friends. Thank you for making our day so enjoyable.

We came here about a month ago as we where invited to celebrate our god son’s birthday
