The Beresford Arms - Northumberland

For Sunday dinner. the food was very tasty and much veg. the flesh was tender and the engraving good. only the bottom was, although the fire was on him was cold and although they were not extremely busy when we arrived, we waited for one night for our lunch.

Lovely meal. Food well presented with portion sizes sensible so able to have 3 courses. We'll be back.

Loved it. Nice place. Good food and lovely staff. Worth another visit.

We really liked Sunday dinner. well cooked and very tasty. the meat was excellent, my man was a metzger for 50 years, so he should know. friendly staff and good service. will definitely be back.

Some good local beer and they can not go wrong with a pint guinness in the sun. tables at the front and a farm and beer garden from the back. also does a very good breakfast
