Bunters And Athenas - Northumberland

This place is way too expensive. The coffee was just okay and the cake was dry. We even questioned if we were charged for someone else's table by accident, but we were told that the total was correct. There are plenty of other cafes in Hexhan that are more reasonably priced.

A very warm welcome today from John. A lovely fresh hot meal and a lovely coffee. Beautiful display of cakes and scones. Something for everyone. Highly recommend.

We stopped here for coffee which was good and reasonably priced. Bunters was welcoming and furnished in a very traditional way reminding me of tea shops from years ago. On our visit the place was full of locals. We felt very comfortable there and would visit again
