Red Chili - Northridge

1 star for rice, which is beautiful and fluffy, but even pure rice had more taste than any of the curries we ordered. I finished half the Chutney and Chili juice bottles on my food just to give it -some flavor and spice. Maybe they made us masala with zero masala because we don't look Pakistani, I don't know lol, but it had less taste than buying a glass of western curry from Vons, so bland it was. If they thought that we might not like heat in our food, they would have just asked, because if I wanted cream without taste, I would have got a pasta carbonara somewhere. I expect at least a little chili in a place that is literally called Red Chilli. The small counterpart next door has much better food to less than half the price. I don't remember the food was that gland when I left a few years ago, so it was really disappointed.

Decided to give them another attempt as they are one of the few Pakistani Indian restaurants in the area. Eating is terrible. My so-called Chicken Charga was nothing more than unseasonal and deep fried to death, which made it extremely dry and playful. 10 minutes after picking up the food I called them twice to tell them what they served me, but no answer. I guess they're used to complaints and they just don't care. You are better off cutting your wishes and tasting another kitchen or a bit more for delicious authentic foods such as Al Watan or anywhere in Artesia if you have time.

I have clearly mentioned an order on their website and their website takeover and delivery. You charged me $3,50 for shipping costs. And when I called to check my delivery, they told me they didn't do the delivery. When I contacted them, they were not apologetic and gave me my refund for delivery fees or helped find a solution. Bad and unprofessional service. Your website mentions delivery, but they don?t do a delivery immensely misleading and bad customer service.

Great food and friendly service. I wasn't too familiar with the kitchen, but Hana did a great job to explain the dishes and I always ended up something I loved. The plates are big enough to share? it's really nice to order a few things and just get them. Recommend this place as a whole. The food came fast and hot, we were served as soon as we got there, and everyone was very friendly. I really enjoyed the experience.

Great place I like the decor and environment but the food was not as expected I was looking to taste something more delicious and authentic to Pakistan it was good just not good enough but definitely recommend for the price. And a little recommendation, order the chicken briyani it was the best out of the 6 dishes we ordered.
