Baja Fresh - Northridge

Baja fresh porter ranch location. they want to express this location in a targeted way after I had avoided this Mexican food restaurant from a series of not so spectacular experiences, I tried to blow away the location porter ranch from the quality of the food. after many disappointing or mediocre experiences of this popular chain, the porter ranch site reminded me of why I enjoyed eating here at first. I must assume that this is the management and quality of a food service business. prices are fair for food quality. major kudos to this special place for fresh quality food. please calm down.

The chicken fajita plate was cold. also the green sauce red sauces were watered pico de gallo was stale

Fischtacos were crushed into sauce, and it felt like the sauce was put on the plate before putting the tacos. the fish was very low and too chewing. steak tacos were better, but still very bad compared to other places.

The chips and queso was my favorite. Didn't really care for the burrito much.

Over the past five years the quality of food has diminished noticeably. With that, so did the portion sizes. Last time I ordered from them, the clerk was incredibly rude and argumentative!!! She wouldn't acknowledge her mistake, and continued to blame the mistake on me, even though I just wanted to move on and pay for my order. That was my wake up call. Will never return to do business with that chain again!!!
