Marco's Pizza - Northport

We received pizza from this place through friends for a large group, and it was all great. I visited for the first time last week and ordered a supreme pizza, while my husband added a few extras to his supreme. The pizza was incredibly fresh, and the crust was outstanding! I typically don’t eat the crust, but I couldn’t resist theirs—it was soft, warm, and delicious! The service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s really good!

I tried to place an order through the website, but it wouldn't work, so I called instead. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, they finally answered. I mentioned that I couldn't order online, and they informed me that they don't offer that option. I also inquired about how to use reward points, but they said they don't have that either. When I asked how long it would take for my takeout order, they told me 20 minutes, but it actually took 35. The pizza was decent, but the extra wait and hassle weren't worth it. This is by far the worst Marco's franchise I've encountered; the others have always been much friendlier and more efficient.

This is the third and final time we will order from Marco's on Macfarland. We placed our pizza order online around 8:15 PM and didn’t receive it until around 9:30 PM. As the wait dragged on, we tried calling to check on our delivery but were put on virtual hold until someone finally got tired of the ringing and hung up without answering us, even though we could hear the staff chatting with other customers. The pizza arrived while I was still on hold, and the delivery person could only say, "It's been crazy tonight." Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, lacked flavor, and was mostly just bread. We've ordered Marco's pizza in other locations, like Huntsville and Auburn, and it has always been good with great service. But not here.

We ordered a pizza online, waited an hour... Called, was on hold for 20 minutes... Never got our order! So rude and unfriendly!! Never tried Marcos and never will!!! Horrible!!!!
