Jack's - Northport

The mushroom swiss burger is the best Jack's burger has served. I waited in drive thru for almost 10 mins and this location has let me down time and time again. The burger was dry and the fries have been sitting out for awhile. I was on my lunch break and could not go back. I won't, won't come back to Jack's for more more more!!! Hire people who take pride in their job not there just to get a check.

Chicken has feathers on it...not cleaned..threw it out....

I love everything thing about Jack's. I'm happy they started selling the ice by the bag.

I 'm legitimately unsure if you guys are running a restaurant or a playground. Why are employees throwing stuff at the drive thru window? Why don 't they know the menu? This is why my no pickles sandwich is covered in pickles.
