Domino's Pizza - Northport

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and welcoming. There are 10 parking spots located conveniently outside the door.

This Domino's used to be great. I placed my order for pick up an hour and a half in advance. My pizza was ready 15 minutes early, but I arrived 20 minutes late to pick it up. When I got there, my pizza was missing. They asked me to come back in 12 minutes for a remake. When I returned, they couldn't find half of my order and attempted to give me someone else's. They seemed annoyed when I pointed out that the pizza they tried to give me had the wrong crust and toppings. The person preparing the order rudely responded that he was not informed of that.

I opted for drive-thru pickup and the estimated wait time was pretty accurate. When I got there, the manager was friendly and apologized for the delay with the brownie cookies, as they were still baking.

Called, and they told me one thing on the phone. And it was totally different when I got there. Who runs this place it is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. Steak was burned plus I didn't get all my order and I had points to redeem!!

Food was excellent, the service was quick. The lady working the front played with my 2 year old, I'll be ordering pizza from here next time.
