Hungry Jack's Burgers North Parramatta

Went through drive thru (Wednesday 17th April 2024) and felt quite rushed, as the girl taking the order was talking over me constantly. (Not sure if it 's the delay of the intercom or she was just being impatient).. I was ordering for my client and his family it was an order w/ a few modifications) The cashier repeated my order to a tee at the window, which was really good (considering the changes). Except when I received the order the fries were just a little warm (although I requested XTRA HOT fries) I asked her kindly if she would return the almost cold fries and give me extra hot fries she politely said yes so we waited about another 7mins by the window and when she came with the supposed new 'extra hot fries ' it was still just ever so slightly warm (almost cold, really)..Arrgghh soo annoying!! I think she just went behind the counter and came bck w/ the same fries.. Which is just soo frustrating that we cannot even receive what we pay for let alone kindly asked for w/out being lied to.. I didn 't want to cause a fuss as i was transporting my client at the time (The order was for him and his familyas mentioned above and i was simply just relaying the order to the hungry jacks server).I just bit my tongue and left as I saw behind us (through rear-view mirror) there were other cars queuing up.. Very disappointed with the fact that we waited longer only to be given same fries!!!!

Cold undercooked chips. Over cooked chicken burger. Was rubber. Bourbon whopper drenched in clarified butter. I spent $60 and I got garbage.

Terrible slow service. I have been ordering from this place for years as it’s the closest to me yet 75% of the time they somehow screw something up. Whether it’s the wrong order, missing items, or even one time biting into a burger that had paper wrapping inside it. It’s surprising how often they make mistakes considering how long it takes to get the food. Shocking that nothing has improved. If anything, it’s gotten worse over the years. Food: 1
