Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a flat tire, and the staff here were incredibly helpful. Although I wasn't a member, I took advantage of a special offer for a $8 membership today. They provided me with a full-size replacement tire for free. The service was very polite both in the tire department and in customer service. I was really in a tough spot, and they were there to support me.
This was the worst Sam's Club experience I've had. I went to the self-checkout, and the employee had the audacity to tell me there was a limit of 25 items, despite the fact that there was no sign indicating this. When I asked her where the limit sign was, she replied, "We just decided to do it," which made no sense. Additionally, many of the employees barely speak English, and their communication is limited to basic phrases like "does" and "thanks." Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This place has a somewhat gloomy and dull vibe, but I really enjoy their POM toilet paper, blueberry muffins, and salads! Overall, the service is efficient and meets my needs!
I was very impressed today with very good prices in some products. I missed the calcium soft gel capsules and the international treating cream for coffee. When I entered, I had forgotten my mask in the Te-Car and the receptionist gave one- grateful. The only thing is that I only buy for myself and the packages are done for dealers. I don't have much space, but your prices and products are very good for big families. All staff are very helpful and friendly. I often go there.
I've been a member here for a couple years as it's close to my house and therefore convenient...Usually. The last six Months I've been there multiple times where many shelves are empty and items are out of stock, from meat/produce to packaged goods. Things you could buy the week before are no longer carried. Today I dropped my son off at school and decided to get a shop in. Spent an hour filling up a cart of about $300 worth of groceries. I go to checkout and am told I can't buy these items (store is empty/snow storm) before 10 am unless I want to upgrade to member Plus for another $32. I said screw it, cancelled my membership, left the Full cart and went to Costco and signed up. Instead of getting $500 a month from me in perpetuity, due to poor item management and treating a regular customer like a mark, they lost me for life trying to up charge me over $32. There is no reason to go to this Sam's Club when you have the far superior Costco option. Try harder Sam's!
