They should offer more vegan options. Their website boasts about various vegan cream cheese choices, but those items are no longer available.

The title says it all! The staff is well-informed about what is vegan and what isn't. They offer more vegan sandwich options than many bagel shops. Plus, they have three different types of non-dairy milk!

My wife and I had breakfast this morning. We ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with roasted bagels and cream cheese. Despite how busy they were, the customer service was outstanding! The employee who took my order worked incredibly hard to keep up with everything and didn’t miss a beat! We also ordered coffee—my wife’s iced latte was very good, but my Americano was just okay. I had asked for it iced, but it was served hot. I didn’t want to ask for a replacement since they were so busy.

I have often visited this when I am in the opposite and always loved what I have chosen. the bagels and cream cheese are delicious, the coffee and drink selection were good, as well as the baked. I love to visit here when I come to the city and they are always kind what is a plus. I recommend a visit!

Great bagels. the coffee is not good as straight espresso, but it is wonderful in other drinks.
