Are you kidding? That's the best pig and the bride I've ever had. Just as I thought I should eat more salad and less meat....ha! So much for this idea. Then on top of food amazing is the fact that they can source as much as they can locally. Over the top!

The poutine was all I hoped. Hot, crispy, homemade frits drown in salty cow sauce and dusted with a large handful of cheese cures. The shaved beef sandwich was also delicious. Giant ciabatta bun filled with thick cut beef, melted cheese, caramelized onions, crunchy greens and a horseradish sauce, which was surprisingly sweeter than spicy. It was the best lunch I had for a long time! Welcome to Northfield, Smoqehouse!
