I like the atmosphere here it’s very pleasant and friendly. Dietary restrictions: I am grateful that you allow for revisions on your burgers so if somebody was allergic to cheese that they can ask for it without cheese or if they are bothered by onions or tomatoes they don’t have to get those and other things like that. Parking: They have plenty of places to park, and they have places for handicap as well. Kid-friendliness: This place is very kid friendly. The staff is very polite and they talk to the children and ask them questions and they are just super with the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: They do have it handicap accessible, but I think they need to start making it more handicap accessible for people with wheelchairs. Because if they are alone in a wheelchair, then they need those buttons to automatically open up the doors for them. That’s what I think needs to change.

I went to culvers expecting a sweet treat. Instead of a sweet treat I got MULTIPLE SHARP shards of plastic in my concrete mixer. I could have cut my throat open. When I asked an employee named EVAN what they were going to do about it he said “okay”. I am extremely upset and appalled by this situation. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
