Wilma's - Northchase

Didn’t know what this place was when I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great. The atmosphere was beautiful. The little bowling alley up front is so cute. The architecture of the building is stunning. I got the chicken and waffles and they are by far the best i’ve ever had.

The place was crowded so we were placed upstairs and given menus. 20 minutes later the waiter returned for our orders. He was speaking softly and I had to constantly ask him to repeat. About,30 minutes later we got our food, cold and bland. My sister got the waiters attention to ask for salt/pepper. By the time he brought the salt and pepper out food was too cold to eat. She had to go downstairs to get boxes after waiting 10 minutes. Gratity was included automatically. I didn't feel like he earned a tip at all. Bottom line poor service and cold food. I will not recommend this place at all. Very disappointed..

I finally ate at Wilma's today. I could have saved my money!! Shrimp grits my favorite. Why was it cold? Seated on the 2nd floor lack of service up there!! I think never again!! Who spends 50 plus on brunch that's cold and the waiter disappeared.. Tips included 4 poor service!!

First time there. Ordered crab cakes. Cost was $34. Awful. Crab cakes were mostly filler. They were served with a grape tomato, spinach and fingerling potato something???? Tasteless. Our server brought us water and introduced himself. Then he disappeared. My husband ordered a burger and said it was fine. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT.

The food is Excellent! We ordered delivery, and the food was so good that I forgot to take a picture!
