I was a hotel guest. I went to eat at Basil this Friday and I was with my 6 year old, a 76 year old grandma and a puppy. The waitress asked us to leave as dogs are not allowed. On Saturday there was a couple there with a massive dog and the same waitress(blonde woman) was smiling with them! I asked her I thought you said you don’t allow dogs and she said well he is a service dog! I asked the owner and he said that was not a service dog! State of Delaware forbids you to ask for proof!
