It came with peppers and shredded hash browns, along with a side of pancakes. The hash was somewhat salty for mytaste, and not as crunchy as I would like. Order came with fruit, which was overwhelmingly cantaloupe, a little honey dew, and agrape or two. It was underwhelming. Service was good though... wish the food was better.
I will give it 5 stars on hospitality and excellent customer service. The pancakes were a bit dry try making them more fluffy. Jose was my waiter and he was prompt responsive and attentive. He should get a bonus for his excellent service. Thank you.Sincerely the person who got toast and pancakes.
Food was great! We ate outside after it rain and wouldn't recommend it. More flies than one should bear while eating. The service was great though. I would go back. Vaccination not required to be serviced. Subscribe to my YouTube for more reviews:Everything Niss !
I was super impressed with Butterfield's! Staying at the Renaissance, the front desk recommended the restaurant. I asked for the salmon and poached eggs to be cooked medium and they were! I did not expect the service or food to be as good as a finedining restaurant but this dish was perfect. If I lived in town, I would be by every week. Staff was so friendly, professionaland kind. Great job!
This used to be Butterfields pancake house. Apparently, 6 months ago they went through a name change and rebranding. In some ways I wish they focused on the food more than the branding. The service is great. I never had a problem with keeping my iced tea filled, the server was prompt on everything. With the amount of staff on hand, they are making sure you lack nothing. The atmosphere inside and outside in the outdoor patio area are welcoming and conducive to having a discussion. The baffled ceiling helps reduce the noise levels. The tables have all the necessary items. They even use doilies for their cups. The disappointment comes in the food. The omelette was a great folded ham and cheese omelette, but a complete breakfast falls flat in the two sides I had. The hash browns were dry, flavorless... unless you think burnt is a flavor. The biscuit was so dry and hard, I gave up with attempting to cut it with a knife. They looked like they came from a package of premade biscuit and then sat out in the open for a day. If they could improve the side items, this could be a great restaurant.
