Their tau fu fa (bean curd pudding) is their most popular item and it's usually very smooth and pretty decent - have it hot is best. However, just today one of their puddings was just lumpy and mushy - not how it's supposed to be. Their coconut jelly was quite nice though - refreshing and tastes like coconut water.
Terrible service but best tofu ever! The sweet tofu is soo cheap and delicious, the taste is so silky and I loved it sooo much I keep going there
This place used to be buzzing, the place to go for the best tofu-fa in Perth. Used to be. The state of the establishment on Saturday evening reflects how times have changed. Not a single diner at 7pm. There was one person on staff. We ordered the tofu-fa and I just cannot understand how something they used to do consistently so right, is now so wrong. Watery, powdery and broken. Where is that silken, smooth glossy texture that one can spoon up in slivers of soft, delicate tofu with the sweet, spiced ginger syrup? Not only did it take 15 minutes. They volunteered to make a second before setting it down onto the table. Another 15 minutes ... And it was just as bad. How this place survives I do not know. Shame really. With better desserts and bubble tea within several nearby establishments just a few minutes walk.
