I had lunch with friends with her toddler very friendly staff welcoming us and escorted to the table and presented the menu, the food was delicious we ordered stir fried noodles and seafood laksa and for toddler we ordered chicken rice to share as...kids was very hungry we are expecting they will give kids order instead our food ordered come and we were waiting mnt for chicken rice and there’s no drawing book or some kids activities while waiting the food,they are closing very early for lunch as service staff told us for last order pm and the food very pricey

Laska Bland and Chicken Curry Bland! I got mine first my husband got his later. Asked for water waitress said be a couple of minutes as very busy. Can’t be that busy when one waitress is standing there on her phone. Asked again for...water finally received it.

No table service. Menu features pictures of the food. I always think this is not a good sign. Order at counter. Food not all delivered at same time. Roti was lovely. Rest of the food very average. Bathrooms in terrible condition. Would not go here...again.

This is so so so disappointing. I dont see the point of taking away a dish from the menu just because of the But everything has gone back to usual, business as usual. so i dont see why they cant cook a simple pan...mee soup. Came all the way to eat the pan mee soup, but got told that they are not doing that dish temporarily. so so disappointed as that is my favourite dish in pappa rich !!! PLEASE BRING THE DISH BACK ASAP !! thank you management.

The service is fast and swift, but they forget to present water and a class. You have to plead for a glass of water. The waitresses and supervisor on the floor have a very poor service ,to the customer. But the food is very tasty.
