Dim Sum Trolley - Northbridge

This is hands down some of the best dim sum and dumplings around. A trip to Perth is not complete with out a sneaky stopover here. Perfect for a quick super yum bite. My favourite for this type of food in Australia. .......and yes I've deliberately planned a flight stopover just to eat here! Casual dining with not so casual food.

I won't tried this restaurant! NO next time! It's horrible! I had it at lunch time. I ordered two dim sum with a rice. the steam rice which is cold. I requested for new,hot rice and the stuff ignored me...dim sum isn't traditional one. Price is cheap, but I prefer have it at New Moon. 上次下午的時候去了,點了兩個點心跟一個飯,可那飯可不得了,是冷的,不知放多久,要求換一碗熱的,可是就不理我. 下次還是去新月好了,辰不是只有我一個人,早盲不會在這吃

Located in the Old Shanghai food court, the Hong Kong Dim Sum Trolly offers good, inexpensive food. I went back twice for lunch while in Perth. You Oder at the counter and the food is made fresh. There are many choices and I was happy each time

Lovely atmosphere and feel to the hawkers market/garden setting. Read the reviews for Hong Kong Dim Sum Trolley and had to try but found the dishes we ordered to be average compared to others we have had in Perth. Chilli pepper squid was chewy and had an oily flavour. Shanghai pork dumplings were thicker in the wrapper and the filling was not as soft as other outlets. Would try other vendors in this market but not my first choice now. Very surprising considering the competition along James Street. I have another 3 I want to try in short walking distance.

Happened upon this dim sum restaurant in quaint food court area. Ordered by wall menu...food delivered fresh, hot, delicious. Will definitely return.
