We stopped to get the special on 6 pc bucket meal. The sides were hilarious they was so small about the size of baby food
Order food and put on app what time I needed it to be picked up decided to go in 15 min early to use facilities and wait on food so I knew it would be hot and food was already done. It was sitting on the counter. They did not put it on the counter when i was there. It was just sitting there. I went to counter at 545 my pickup time and after using the restroom and checked food, and it was cold. I know it sat longer than 15 minutes. They called me a liar. I wouldn't recommend ordering food ahead of time from this place. The manager was rude. And refused to give number to district manager or any number to call and make a complaint. The manager was so mean that my 63 year old wife cried. They said there policy is to not take back food or remake it. Spent $29.41 for cold food and the whole order wasn't even there missed the chicken and biscut out of a 2 PC combo how hard is it to put 2 combos together not being busy and leave the chicken and biscuits out. Talked to them last night, and they refused to give me back 29.41. They would only give me back 18. When I talked to them I didn't realized that half my order was missing. I told him i did want the 18 i wanted to talk to district manager. He said to give him a chance to make it right. He said he give me online credit in my account 20 dollars. Well he only gave me 5. This is not what was promised. I called again and requested the district manager to call me and they refuse to give that message to the district manager. I again was told they would give me 20 dollars and again they only gave me 5. I have been put through so much mental and emotional stress. I have not been compensate as promised. I have no plans to ever eat at kfc again. So that 10 dollars is never going to be used. I have been lied to by online employess and the store. Every time I called I ask for a Manger and they totally refused to let me talk to one and now they blocked my number.
Accurate ordering, clean dining area and friendly staff. It's the chain chicken experience you expect.
They have always had good food and great employees, as long as I can remember every Sunday we have had KFC.
