Tim Hortons - North York

The service is not excellent, nor are the employees qualified at the workstation enough.

It means in the Google card it is open and after I drove there for a 4 minute I said that they open at 6:00 o'clock, please update the timing in their Google account

I worked here. let me share my honest experience. I saw critique and racism. co workers were all nice and polite. but the problem is with the management of the load. I never had mental health problems, but when I started there, I began to have mental disorders during and after my shifts. I cried during my shift because of constant critique and unfair behavior towards me. first I thought that's how it feels to work at tims. but this same group has other stores and I worked in one of those stores. then I realized that the problem is only loaded in this one. to others, all including staff and management, they are all so nice and polite. they sell best quality product and give best customer service. they treat all employees alike.

Unprofessional, lazy workers are what these people are made of. nothing is done in the time and it comes with less immature at the end.

The staff here are very nice and respectful. I didnt wait long for my food at all there is food here. The coffee tasted great aswell. I would definately come back to this location and recommend to others, especially if your looking for food. Only tim hortons in the area that has the food station included.
