The rolls were yummy and fresh.The chai was ok if you look for free sugar cold drink.

The seafood is fresh and cheap considering the great quality. Uni sashimi is absolutely highly recommended and the they offer slicing as well... Service is good, only take out, but staff are helpful foe sure.

I ordered the Chirashi bowl, but I was not entirely satisfied with it. The rice portion was generous, but I was not a fan of some of the small pieces of fish, as their textures did not appeal to me. There was one piece that was so chewy, I had to spit it out. I also found that the variety of fish in the bowl was disappointing. The Yellowfin Tuna was fresh and tasty, earning it 4 stars, while the Tako was soft and quite tasty, also receiving 4 stars. The Tobiko in the bowl was very good and my favorite part of the meal. Overall, the freshness of the ingredients was acceptable. However, considering the unknown quality and quantity of the fish combination, I was left feeling kind of disappointed. The total cost of the meal was $72.88.

The sushi at this restaurant is incredible and you won't find anything comparable in terms of price or quality elsewhere.

I recently visited Taro's restaurant and was impressed by the selection of fresh seafood available. My partner and I went for lunch on a weekday and it was quite busy. We chose chu-toro SS, o-toro SS, organic salmon, scallop, and hamachi from the fridge, and asked the sushi chef to prepare them for us. While waiting, we checked out the frozen food options such as teriyaki salmon head and spicy ramen. We also purchased cooked sushi rice. The total came to around $155, which provided enough food for two meals each. We enjoyed a home-omakase experience by making our own handrolls with the fish. The quality was comparable to omakase in Toronto. Taro's is a great spot for a fun and affordable date idea. They offer plenty of free parking in the plaza.
