Pho Saigon St. - North York

I had the medium-sized special beef pho that comes in delicious broth, thin noodles, various types of beef such as beef, beef ball, trunk and green onions. Lime, bean sprouts and basil on the side. It was very delicious and filled. Fast service, clean furnishings. Washroom is also very clean. The price tag was 13.75cad before tax and tip, good value for the money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Order for pickup and was told by app, it was ready. shown; the staff said in 5 minutes?. Waited 10 minutes, standing in the store. I asked again, ?5 more minutes?, they say while they run around serving sitting customers. I was ignored. The third time I ask, no food yet. I got a refund from Doordash. They must remind their employees that all orders are equally important. Online orders helped to keep them during the pandemic. Do not order online here. They don't care what they do?

Has vegetarian tofu pad Thai a few days ago. Worst Pad Thai I've ever had. You put too much red sauce. It almost looked like pasta sauce. None of the other places put red sauce in Pad Thai. It was mostly noodles and very few pieces of vegetables for $15.

We came on Saturday, but we didn't have to wait. Food was delicious and good service as well, she recommended so many good options for us in the first time there (so confused picking). After all, we enjoyed the meals very much, come again frequenly

Reviews for this place are overrated. This place is just alright. My eyes were pleased when the food arrived, but sadly it didn't continue. Food is a bit on the oily side as I don't remember my lips being that oily before(especially those spring rolls). I'm really glad I didn't buy extra spring rolls because they are sooo expensive for not being well done. The vermicelli chicken and pork both were a let down. Meat was dry and sparse. Seemingly not as huge of a deal, but the tea here doesn't taste good at all and is too weak for the amount of water in the pot, so it ends up tasting like you are drinking hot water. If you've made weak tea at home before you will recognize that taste where it just tastes of hot water. Little things like this do matter to me because it is as impactful to my enjoyment as anything else that I order. I suppose if I didn't have other Vietnamese restaurants to compare to I would be more positive. Staff is nice which is good. Place was quite cold on a day where the weather was nice and the patio, sadly, wasn't open. There are definitely better tasting Vietnamese places to go, but maybe not within a 10 minute drive from here to my knowledge.
